Occasionally SKA and the Kansas City Shotokan Karate Club sponsor special events.  You must be a member in good standing of Shotokan Karate of America in order to participate.

Winter Special Training - January 30-February 1, 2009 to be led by Mike Lyon, yodan at 2026 Broadway

Summer Special Training - June 3-7, 2009 to be led by Bobby Bird, yodan in St Joseph, MO

At noon on the First Saturday of each month  practice is free of charge and open to everyone. Please come and make yourself at home.
